For account, payment, generation, or technical questions, email support@nanopic.ai. Please include the email address on your NanoPic AI account and any relevant order ID, task ID, prompt, screenshot, or error message so we can investigate faster.

Billing

For credit purchases, subscription questions, invoices, failed payments, refunds required by law, or account access issues, contact support@nanopic.ai with "Billing" in the subject line.
